1. General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, embassy, university, service provider, or other third-party supplier. Once a booking or service has been confirmed, cancellation and refund requests will be processed in accordance with their applicable policies.

2. Flight Bookings

• Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policy of the respective airline.

• Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded unless the airline approves an exception or issues a refund or travel credit.

• If the airline permits a refund, the refunded amount will be processed after deducting any applicable airline cancellation charges, service fees, taxes (where applicable), and administrative charges.

• Processing times for airline refunds vary and are determined by the airline.

3. Hotel Bookings

• Hotel cancellations and refunds are governed by the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.

• Non-refundable hotel reservations are not eligible for a refund unless the hotel authorizes one.

• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier fees, and service charges.

4. Chartered Aircraft Services

• Refunds for charter aircraft bookings are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period and the charter operator’s policy.

5. Corporate Travel, Group Travel, Meetings & Conferences

• Refunds for corporate travel, group bookings, meetings, conferences, and event management services depend on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, venues, transportation providers, and other third-party vendors.

• Any non-recoverable costs already incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Educational Services Abroad

• Consultancy and processing fees paid for educational guidance, application assistance, documentation, or related advisory services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.

• Fees paid directly to educational institutions, universities, examination bodies, or other third parties are subject to their individual refund policies.

7. Visa Assistance Services

Visa assistance service fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Visa refusal or rejection.

• Delay in visa processing by the embassy or consulate.

• Withdrawal of the visa application by the applicant.

• Change of travel plans.

• Failure to provide required documentation.

• Any decision made by the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Please note that visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa issuance.

8. Service Charges

Our professional consultation fees, booking assistance charges, documentation charges, and administrative fees may be non-refundable once the requested service has been initiated or completed.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

• Processing times depend on the respective airline, hotel, financial institution, or service provider and may vary.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, embassies, or other third-party providers.

10. Customer Responsibility

Before confirming any booking or service, customers are advised to:

• Carefully review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions.

• Clarify refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, and applicable charges with our travel consultants.

• Ensure all travel documents and information provided are accurate and complete.

11. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will become effective from the date they are published on our website.
